CHANGE ADDRESS


To change your address for all or some of your bank records, download the Change of Address Notification form. Once you have downloaded the form, please fill in all information, print the form, sign and date it, and either mail the form or deliver it to any High Point Bank location. Please note: this form requires an original signature, therefore it cannot be emailed.
