Secure & Encrypted Email Service

We care about protecting your information and recommend that you select our encrypted email service when including personal information. You may use this service to send a secured email to any contact that you have at the Bank; secured emails from this service can also be sent to, an address monitored by our Customer Service Center. Lost Card

To report a lost or stolen Debit Card or ATM Card, call 336.881.3400 or 866.546.8273. To report a lost or stolen High Point Bank Credit Card, call 800.444.6938.

Online Banking

If you’d like to sign up as a new user of High Point Bank Online Banking, you can register here. If you’ve forgotten your User ID or password, please call 336.881.3400 and a representative will be available to help you until 11pm on weeknights and from 9am-5pm on weekends and most holidays.


To sign up to view and download monthly bank statements on your computer or electronic device, Online Banking users should sign into Online Banking, click on the eDocuments icon within the Online Banking menu, agree to the terms and proceed from there. You will then be notified via email when a statement has been prepared for viewing.

HPB Mobile Money

Mobile Banking is available for iPhone and Android devices through the HPB Mobile Money app. This convenient app allows you to perform many of the functions that are featured in Online Banking.

Getting Started: Online Banking customers can download the free app by searching “High Point Bank” in the App Store or “HPB Mobile Money” in the Android Market. Web- and text-based banking is also available for other mobile devices; talk to a bank representative to find out more.

Mobile Check Deposit

Mobile Check Deposit is an add-on feature to the HPB Mobile Money app that allows you to deposit checks by using the camera feature on your mobile phone. Limits apply, and prior approval is required.

Getting Started: HPB Mobile Money app users can apply for use of Mobile Check Deposit by sending a request through the “Contact” secure messaging feature of Online Banking or by calling our Customer Service Center at 336.881.3400.
