Electronic Banking Services at High Point Bank

High Point Bank offers many of today’s hi-tech banking tools, with a local touch.  All of these secure services are offered at no charge to our customers, though charges from your internet or mobile service providers may apply.

Online Banking is the starting point of many of our electronic services.  Once you’re enrolled in Online Banking, you’ll be eligible to sign up for many of our other convenience offerings as well.

Among its functions, Online Banking allows customers the ability to view real-time transactions and current balances, transfer funds, manage debit cards and receive helpful account alerts on your terms.

Getting Started:  If you’ve got a High Point Bank checking or savings account, sign up for Online Banking by hovering your mouse over the “Online Banking Help” dropdown and then selecting “First-Time Sign up”.



Online Bill Pay is an optional add-on to Online Banking that allows you to make recurring or one-time payments to most businesses, including utilities and other banks.   It’s secure and easy, with no subscription or per-payment costs.

Getting Started:  New Online Banking customers are given the option to adopt this feature at account opening.  If you’re a current Online Banking customer and would like to add Online Bill Pay, please call the Customer Service Center at 336.881.3400, or visit a branch.



eStatements provide you with the ability to receive your monthly (and/or quarterly) statements via Online Banking.  Depending on your account, opting for eStatements may reduce a monthly service charge.  eStatement customers can receive their statement more quickly than a mailed statement and have access to up to 18 months of statements online for those times when you need to do a little research.

Getting Started: To sign up for eStatements, click on the eDocuments icon within the Online Banking menu, agree to the terms, and proceed from there.



Mobile Banking is available for iPad, iPhone and Android devices through the HPB Mobile Money app. This convenient app allows you to perform many of the functions that are featured in Online Banking.

Getting Started:  Online Banking customers can download the free app by searching “High Point Bank” in the App Store or “HPB Mobile Money” in the Android Market.  Or use a direct link. Web- and text-based banking is also available for other mobile devices; talk to a bank representative to find out more.



Mobile Check Deposit is an add-on feature to the HPB Mobile Money app that allows you to deposit checks by using the camera feature on your mobile phone. Limits apply, and prior approval is required.

Getting Started:  HPB Mobile Money app users can apply for use of Mobile Check Deposit by sending a request through the “Contact” secure messaging feature of Online Banking, or by calling our Customer Service Center at 336.881.3400.



Telephone Banking allows you to check your balance, review recent transactions and more from any touch-tone phone. This service is available 24-hours a day by calling 336.889.7823.  Or, to speak with a live customer service representative, call 336.881.3400.
